Job Description
StarList Consulting seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative in Shomolu. You will manage and resolve customer cases via email, chat, and phone, log and track cases, escalate complex issues, and maintain clear records. Candidates should have customer support experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple cases under pressure. In-person role. Pay from ₦100,00 per month.
