Job Description
Stateside Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor and Compliance Manager to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, prepare reports, and train staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in banking compliance.
