  • Enforce quality and safety standards.
  • Cultivate our community through events and personalized engagement.
  • Identify trends and relay insights to relevant teams.
  • Monitor satisfaction and improve response quality.

Qualifications: Experience in hospitality or community support, familiarity with KYC processes, multilingual abilities are a plus, and a genuine interest in local culture.
