Job Description
StreSERT Integrated Limited seeks a Zonal Marketing Manager (HMO, Lagos) to lead sales and marketing across Lagos, reporting to the Group Head, Sales and Operations. You will drive revenue, market penetration, and client retention; acquire corporate and retail clients; build relationships with brokers, HR decision-makers, and stakeholders; supervise the zonal team, monitor performance, produce market intelligence and sales forecasts, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business, 6–8 years of sales/marketing experience (Lagos experience preferred), proven target achievement, and strong communication and leadership skills. Full-time position.
