Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Lead, Relationship and Client Retention at our Abuja office. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in client management and relationship building.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance client engagement and retention. You will lead a team focused on delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships with clients in the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) sector.
