About the Role
Strivo Labs is recruiting a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst on behalf of a dynamic and rapidly expanding financial services company. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who is passionate about designing fair, competitive, and scalable compensation strategies while also contributing to broader HR functions.
You will play a key role in ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and pay transparency across the organisation. In addition to compensation analysis, you will provide support on a variety of People & Culture initiatives including policy development, HR reporting, and employee engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures.
Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures and incentive programs.
Coordinate compensation reviews, including promotions, market adjustments, and annual salary increases.
Perform job evaluations and advise on job grading using established methodologies.
Maintain compensation data integrity within the HR system and generate dashboards or reports to support business decisions.
Monitor compensation compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
HR Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with HRBPs and functional leaders to align compensation practices with talent strategy.
Contribute to broader HR operations including data analytics, reporting, policy updates, and employee lifecycle initiatives.
Assist in drafting compensation communication materials and educating managers on compensation policies.
Support talent acquisition with compensation input for role scoping and offer structuring.
Participate in special HR projects as needed, such as performance reviews, internal audits, or organisational restructuring.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role (experience in financial services or tech is a plus).
Strong grasp of job evaluation methods, compensation benchmarking, and reward frameworks.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HRIS platforms and tools like Mercer, PayScale, or Radford is a plus.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
