Job Description
We are hiring a Human Resources Administrator at SUD EQUILIBRE LIMITED. Full-time, onsite role supporting HR and administrative operations for a growing startup. You’ll design functional operating models, handle recruitment and onboarding, manage attendance, leave, employee records and relations, coordinate travel and logistics, support payroll and reimbursements with finance, and ensure compliance with company policies and Nigerian labour laws. Requirements: HND or B.Sc, 3–5 years HR/administrative experience, strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools, and ability to work under pressure. Salary ₦250,00–₦300,00/month.
