Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead talent strategy, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. You will develop HR policies, oversee compensation and benefits, ensure compliance, and drive culture and leadership development.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years of HR leadership experience, strong communication and strategic skills, and a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. Proven ability to manage change and build high-performing teams is required.
