Job Description
The Agent Welfare Lead will develop and manage programs that support field and contact-center agents’ wellbeing, performance, and retention. You will design mental health and recognition initiatives, monitor welfare metrics, coach supervisors, resolve workplace issues, and collaborate with HR and operations to implement policies. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in people or welfare roles, strong communication and data skills, empathy, and experience in program design and vendor management. This role requires a proactive, solutions-focused leader committed to improving agent experience and productivity.
