Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Research & Insights Associate (Anglophone) to lead high-quality qualitative and quantitative studies, translate data into strategic recommendations, and present findings to clients and partners. You will design research, manage fieldwork, oversee data analysis, and mentor junior staff. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in social sciences, market research, or related field; 5+ years research experience; native-level English; strong skills in survey design, statistical analysis (SPSS/R/Python), and data visualization; excellent writing and stakeholder communication. Preferred: project management experience, familiarity with development or policy research, and willingness to travel.
