Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Executive to drive store sales and deliver excellent customer service. You will greet customers, recommend products, maintain displays, process transactions, and meet monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the store team to execute promotions, manage inventory, and prepare sales reports. Required: 1+ year retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication, persuasive selling skills, basic math and POS proficiency, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Competitive pay, commission, and on-the-job training provided.
