Job Description
Join us as a Senior HR and Admin Associate responsible for leading HR operations and office administration. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. Oversee office facilities, vendor management, budgets, and administrative processes to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years HR experience, strong knowledge of labor law, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office. Leadership, discretion, and attention to detail are required.
