Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Success Associate to build strong client relationships, onboard new customers, and ensure satisfaction. You will guide users through product adoption, resolve inquiries via email and chat, track customer health metrics, and collaborate with sales and product teams to improve experience. Ideal candidates have excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude. Prior experience in support or account management and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
