Job Description
Sunrise Universal Integrated seeks a full-time Human Resources and Admin Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training programs, discipline, attendance and timekeeping, payroll processing and statutory deductions. You will ensure compliance with HR and administrative regulations, maintain a safe work environment, handle employee relations and grievances, and oversee office administration, facilities and staff welfare. Candidates must have at least 4 years’ HR and administration experience in a structured organization, an HND or BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Social Sciences, strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/ERP systems.
