Job Description
SWATX is seeking a CRM & Billing Technical Lead with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to design and implement enterprise CRM and billing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of CRM and Billing solutions.
- Oversee integrations with ERP and payment gateways.
- Provide technical leadership to teams.
- Manage customizations within Dynamics 365.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
