Job Description

We are hiring a Front Desk Officer to welcome visitors, manage phone lines, schedule appointments, and maintain a professional reception area.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, handling inquiries, mail distribution, basic admin tasks, and coordinating with departments.

Requirements: high school diploma, strong communication and customer service skills, proficiency with MS Office, and ability to multitask. Previous reception experience preferred.
