Job Description
Sweet Senses Collection is seeking a Shop Manager for our gift store located in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the gifting industry and will be a dynamic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency.
- Manage inventory and coordinate restocking.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Implement creative strategies to attract customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5 years of management experience.
- Experience in the gifting industry is essential.
