Job Description
Swift Consulting seeks a reliable Order and Inventory Specialist for an e-commerce client. You will conduct stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, monitor stock levels, process and verify online orders, ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch, coordinate with logistics, update order statuses, manage delays, and handle returns, replacements, and cancellations. Candidates should hold an HND/BSc, have e-commerce or inventory experience (preferred), strong attention to detail, Microsoft Excel and inventory/order management software skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and excellent communication and teamwork.
