Job Description
SyncPath Consulting Limited seeks an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end business operations, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination between departments. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities; developing and implementing operational policies and procedures; monitoring performance metrics and optimizing workflows; coordinating with management to meet business objectives; identifying operational risks and executing corrective actions; and leading cross-functional operational teams. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent organizational and decision-making skills, and prior experience managing cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, and 3–5 years of operations or management experience. Job Type: Full-time.
