Job Description
SyncPath Consulting Limited is seeking a full-time HR Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management, policy compliance, and employee relations. Responsibilities include coordinating hiring and onboarding, maintaining HR documentation, supporting staff development and performance reviews, ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing employee queries, and assisting in HR program implementation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, understands HR practices and labor regulations, handles sensitive information confidentially, and previous HR experience is an advantage.
