Job Description
Synergy Aesthetic & Designs, an Interior Design and Decor firm, is looking for a talented Office Assistant to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide data entry and document management support
- Maintain office supplies and facilities
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and edit documents and reports
- Support team members with tasks and deadlines
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Qualifications: Candidates should possess an SSCE or OND qualification with 0-2 years of experience.
Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 per month.
