Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in driving growth and expansion for our Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). The successful candidate will work from their preferred location in Lagos, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth, as well as providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive new business acquisition through corporate clients, brokers, agents, and partnerships
– Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies
– Negotiate and close corporate HMO contracts and renewals
– Maintain and grow existing accounts
– Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders
– Contribute to product development, pricing strategy, and market positioning
– Work closely with claims, provider management, finance, and operations teams
– Monitor competitor offerings, industry trends, and regulatory developments
– Provide administrative support and visit hospitals for activations, meetings, or relationship-building activities
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Management, or a related field.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in business development, administration, or a similar role (HMO/healthcare experience is an advantage)
– Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
– Good knowledge of health insurance/HMO operations
– Proficiency in MS Office applications
– Ability to work independently and meet targets
– Strong organizational and administrative skills
– Willingness to travel occasionally for work-related activities
