Job Description

TAEILLO seeks a full-time Sales Associate to generate new business, build client relationships, and exceed sales targets in furniture manufacturing. Responsibilities: meet quotas, handle customer inquiries, advise on products, maintain deep product knowledge, coordinate production/logistics, follow up for satisfaction, and keep CRM and weekly/monthly sales reports. Requirements: 3–5 years quota-carrying retail sales, CRM proficiency, proven over-achievement, and strong written/verbal communication.
