Job Description
The Manufacturing Recruiter at TAEILLO will source, screen, and hire skilled and semi-skilled furniture artisans—carpenters, upholsterers, sprayers, polishers, installers, and machine operators—to support factory production. Responsibilities include building a reliable talent database, conducting practical skill assessments and trade tests, collaborating with production supervisors on manpower forecasting, managing onboarding, shift scheduling, attendance and placement, and addressing shop-floor HR issues such as absenteeism, discipline, productivity, and staff welfare. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month.
