Job Description
Talent Flow Consulting is seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Customer Experience Assistant to enhance customer interactions in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for walk-in customers.
- Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and Instagram DMs.
- Manage social media postings and promotions.
- Assist with daily sales tracking and store documentation.
