Job Description
Tangerine Life is seeking a skilled Unit Manager to achieve business goals through effective recruitment and training of Financial Advisers. The ideal candidate will develop business segments in line with our corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit a team of Financial Planners as per corporate strategy.
- Maintain prescribed productivity levels.
- Develop various business segments according to the sales strategy.
- Train Financial Planners in collaboration with the Training unit.
- Uphold brand image and ensure compliance with regulations.
Profile: Graduate (B.Sc, HND) with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
Salary: N63,00 – N150,00 Monthly.
