Job Description

Job Summary

The Estate Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property within the estate. The role involves access control, patrol, monitoring activities, and responding promptly to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and vehicles
• Verify visitors and maintain accurate visitor records
• Patrol the estate regularly to deter and detect suspicious activities
• Monitor CCTV systems where applicable
• Enforce estate security rules and regulations
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, or incidents
• Report security breaches, incidents, and observations to management
• Assist residents courteously when required
• Ensure the safety of estate facilities and infrastructure

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a security or estate guard is an advantage
• Physically fit and alert
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and write basic English
• Honest, disciplined, and reliable
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends
