Job Description

TeamAce is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Supervisor to oversee our daily customer support operations. This role involves enhancing the customer experience, optimizing processes, and fostering strong working relationships within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend strategies to the CEO on customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise the customer service team for timely responses to inquiries.
  • Implement methods to collect operational metrics for excellence.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient communication with customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant customer service management experience.
  • Experience in managing customer service teams is essential.

Salary: N250,00 – N300,00 Monthly.
