Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Lead to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. You will lead month-end close, analyze financial performance, and implement controls to support strategic decisions.

Required: bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, 5+ years experience in financial leadership, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent communication. Preferred: CPA or CMA. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and growth.
