Job Description
TeamAce is hiring a Hotel Manager in Lagos to oversee daily hotel operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive sustainable growth. You will lead and motivate staff, implement policies and service standards, ensure operational excellence, and manage performance and accountability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or HND, minimum 5 years’ hotel management or hospitality leadership experience, proven leadership, team building, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
