Job Description
The Chief Strategy and Risk Officer will lead corporate strategy, enterprise risk management, and strategic planning to drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities include developing long-term strategic plans, identifying and assessing risks, designing mitigation frameworks, aligning cross-functional initiatives, advising the executive team and board, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in strategy, risk, or finance, proven leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with ERM and scenario planning. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Reports to the CEO and partners with department heads to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
