Job Description
Tech4mation Limited seeks an Account Manager in Lagos (full-time) to manage client accounts, oversee service delivery, and drive revenue growth. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, develop new business and upsell services, handle onboarding, support, and retention, track performance and prepare regular reports, coordinate internal teams, and resolve client issues promptly. Candidates should have experience in account management, sales, or business development, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple accounts, a results-driven mindset, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Pay: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month.
