Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, optimize production schedules, and manage a team of supervisors and operators. Responsibilities include coordinating materials, maintaining safety and compliance, implementing process improvements, tracking KPIs, and driving on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, strong problem-solving and communication skills, familiarity with lean principles, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
