Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation strategies to assess the impact of our programs.
Key responsibilities include designing data collection tools, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and preparing reports for stakeholders. The MEL Manager will also train staff on best practices for monitoring and evaluation.
The successful candidate should have a strong background in MEL frameworks, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis software. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
