Job Description
We are hiring an IT Support Technician to maintain hardware and software, troubleshoot user issues, install and configure workstations, support networks, and document solutions. Requirements: associate degree or equivalent experience, 1+ years in technical support, knowledge of Windows and macOS, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS), helpdesk tools, and strong communication skills. Preferred: A+ or Network+ certification. Reliable problem-solver, able to work in a fast-paced office and provide on-site and remote support.
