Tees & Essentials, a premier on-demand printing service in Lagos, seeks a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative based in Surulere. You will manage customer inquiries, process orders, track shipments, resolve complaints, and coordinate with production to ensure timely, high-quality merchandise delivery. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer proficiency, and a customer-first attitude. Relevant qualifications are required. Applicants must currently reside on the Lagos Mainland, preferably close to Surulere, and be available for full-time, on-site work.
