Job Description
Tenn MFB is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist our customers with inquiries and issues related to our products and services. This full-time position is based in Lagos and offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00 plus commission.
Responsibilities include making daily outbound calls, maintaining accurate customer data, driving loan product growth, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience and hold an HND in any field of study.
