Job Description
TERAWORK.AI seeks a full-time Technical Assistant to support the Director’s Office at a development bank. Duties: analyze policy and legislation in agriculture and rural finance; track emerging issues and executive decisions; coordinate federal, state, and local engagement; prepare briefs and stakeholder communications; represent the directorate in interagency forums; support partnerships, grants monitoring, and advocacy. Requirements: Bachelor’s in public policy, political science, agricultural economics, development studies, or law; strong analytical skills and discretion.
