Job Description
We seek a Plant Manager to lead production, quality control, SOP compliance, downtime reduction, technical reliability, and product innovation. You will ensure food and environmental regulatory compliance, manage raw material buffers, optimize recipes for cost and unique market quality, produce monthly/quarterly bakery reports, plan human/material resources, implement cost-effective production strategies, and mitigate plant risks. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Chemistry/Biology/Food Science/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Industrial Chemistry; Master’s/certification preferred; 15+ years’ relevant experience with 3+ years in senior management; FMCG food & beverage required. Day, onsite; Full-time; Salary ₦40,00,00–₦43,00,00/year.
