Job Description
YOUR MANDATE
Act as a direct extension of the CEO for talent, performance, and follow-through. Own follow-through on people and execution decisions made by the CEO, ensuringnothing drops or drifts. Improve hiring quality by enforcing clear standards and disciplined evaluation. Own onboarding discipline, including Day-Zero conversations and 30/60/90scorecards. Remove people-related and administrative load from the CEO. Institutionalize the CEO’s standards across the organization.
YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Material reduction in CEO time spent on day-to-day people issues. Higher quality hiring outcomes, measured by faster fit validation and earlierremediation. Consistent enforcement of performance standards during probation. Clear documentation and follow-through on people decisions. Early identification and escalation of talent risks

Pay: ₦300,00.00 – ₦400,00.00 per month
