Job Description
We seek an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all facility and equipment maintenance at Terraform Restaurant and Bar. You will manage preventive and corrective programs for HVAC, AC, generators, pumps, plumbing, electrical systems and general upkeep; respond to guest and staff requests; supervise maintenance staff and vendors; lead troubleshooting, repairs, root-cause analysis and cost optimization; maintain logs and report major issues. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 3–5 years’ maintenance management (hospitality or beverage/manufacturing preferred), hands-on leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving and planning skills. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦120,00–₦150,00 per month.
