Job Description

Tezza Business Solutions Limited seeks a reliable Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative, personal, and organizational support to the Managing Director. Responsibilities include managing calendars, appointments, meetings, emails, calls, and files; coordinating travel, accommodations, and personal errands; planning events; drafting messages and documents; and following up on tasks. The role requires handling sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: minimum 3 years’ PA experience, strong organization and time-management, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to multitask and prioritize, high integrity, and proficiency with email, calendar, and basic productivity tools.
