Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations/Property Manager to oversee our property management team. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, ensure efficient property maintenance, and maintain excellent tenant relations.
Key responsibilities include coordinating property maintenance schedules, managing budgets, and implementing policies to enhance tenant satisfaction. The Operations/Property Manager will also be responsible for conducting inspections, resolving tenant issues, and ensuring compliance with property regulations.
