Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant at The Advancement Place in Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta. This full-time role involves supporting our restaurant’s purchasing and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing quality food items, maintaining stock records, and ensuring timely vendor communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and order food items and supplies
- Communicate with vendors for best prices and quality
- Inspect deliveries for compliance
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and stock
Requirements include an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years experience in procurement, and strong negotiation skills.
