Job Description
The Agric&Culture Company seeks a proactive Van Sales Officer to drive FMCG seasoning distribution to retail outlets. You will deliver stock, collect orders and cash, maintain van inventory, execute in-store merchandising and POSM, expand accounts, and report competitor and route performance. Candidates need SSCE/OND/NCE, 1–3 years FMCG or route-to-market experience, strong communication, basic numeracy, Lagos market knowledge, safe driving, and a target-driven attitude. We offer a competitive base salary from ₦180,00/month plus performance incentives, bonuses, HMO, housing allowance, training, and clear paths for career growth. Full-time.
