Job Description
The Agric & Culture Company, makers of Uto and Daalu, seeks an Area Sales Manager to own your state market: drive sales growth, expand distribution, meet monthly targets, strengthen relationships with wholesalers, retailers and distributors, identify new opportunities, monitor stock flow and report accurately, and represent the brand professionally. Requirements: 5–7 years FMCG sales experience with established distributor/retailer contacts, strong negotiation and communication skills, tech-friendly with smartphone, Google Sheets and CRM use, and a resilient, results-driven mindset. We offer a competitive base salary from ₦350,00/month plus performance incentives, bonuses, HMO, housing allowance, training and clear career progression. Full-time.
