Job Description
We seek an organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO of The Baby Lounge. Responsibilities include managing a complex calendar and scheduling, screening communications, coordinating travel and expenses, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining strict confidentiality, and handling general administrative and office tasks. Additional duties include supporting Board meetings and stakeholders, assisting with projects, conducting research, and serving as a liaison across departments. Full-time, permanent position based in Lagos (reliable commute or relocation preferred). Compensation: ₦170,00–₦200,00/month. Preferred: Higher National Diploma and 2 years’ Executive Assistant experience.
