Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to support an executive with daily tasks, calendar and travel management, correspondence, and errands. You will organize schedules, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and liaise with clients and vendors. Strong communication, time management, problem-solving skills, and discretion are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic bookkeeping, and travel coordination is required. Minimum two years’ experience assisting executives preferred. Flexible, proactive, detail-oriented candidates are encouraged to apply.
