Job Description
The Borough Lagos is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role requires someone passionate about creating great customer experiences and leading a small front-of-house team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support customer service staff.
- Welcome customers and handle inquiries or complaints.
- Coordinate with kitchen and production teams.
