Job Description
The General Manager leads daily operations of The Borough Lagos, ensuring excellent customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability. You will develop strategies to meet sales and budget targets, manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling and performance, oversee inventory and vendor relations, control costs, coordinate promotions, handle escalated customer issues, track KPIs and prepare performance reports, and maintain brand standards while identifying growth opportunities and process improvements. Requirements: bachelor’s degree preferred; proven senior management experience in retail, hospitality, or FMCG; strong leadership, financial, inventory and problem-solving skills; excellent communication; ERP/Microsoft Office proficiency; flexibility for weekends and extended hours.
